• Registration: When you create a phgames account, you directly provide your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, and chosen username and password.
• KYC Submission: When you submit government-issued identification documents for identity verification, phgames collects and processes the data contained in those documents.
• Payment Transactions: When you make a deposit or request a withdrawal via GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer, phgames receives transaction-level data from the relevant payment processor sufficient to confirm the transaction and link it to your account.

You may manage non-essential cookies through your mobile browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain Platform features. phgames does not currently use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies.

phgames retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory obligations. Specific retention periods include:

• Account & Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and AMLA regulations.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, consistent with AMLA record-keeping requirements.
• Gaming Activity Logs: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each game session, as required for PAGCOR reporting and dispute resolution purposes.
• Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the most recent interaction, for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and regulatory inquiry purposes.
• Marketing Preferences: Retained until you withdraw your consent or for two (2) years of inactivity, whichever is earlier.

After the applicable retention period, personal data is either permanently deleted from phgames systems or irreversibly anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with any individual.

phgames implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and phgames servers.
• Bcrypt or equivalent hashing of account passwords. phgames never stores your password in a readable format.
• Encrypted storage of KYC document images and financial account identifiers.
• Role-based access controls limiting internal access to personal data to authorized personnel with a legitimate need.
• Two-factor authentication (OTP) available for all Member accounts and required for internal phgames administrative access.
• Regular vulnerability assessments and security audits of platform infrastructure.
• Anomaly detection and automated alerts for suspicious login activity on Member accounts.

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to the rights and freedoms of affected Members, phgames will notify the National Privacy Commission and the affected individuals in accordance with the notification requirements under RA 10173 and NPC Circular 16-03.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact the phgames Data Privacy Officer (DPO) as described in Section 14 of this Policy. phgames will respond to verified data subject requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Where a request cannot be fulfilled — for example, because it conflicts with a mandatory legal retention obligation — phgames will explain the reason in writing.

phgames enforces the 21+ age requirement through mandatory KYC identity verification, which requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID confirming the account holder's date of birth. Accounts where the identity document submitted reveals the holder to be under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and any deposited funds returned.

If phgames becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age without the requisite parental consent or in violation of applicable law, phgames will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe your child or a minor in your care has created a phgames account, please contact phgames support immediately via live chat or at the support email address.

phgames's primary data processing infrastructure is located in the Philippines. In the course of providing gaming services, some personal data may be transferred to or processed by third-party service providers — such as game content studios or KYC verification services — that operate infrastructure in other jurisdictions.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, phgames ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with the requirements of RA 10173, including contractual data processing agreements that impose data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law. phgames will not transfer personal data to a jurisdiction that does not provide adequate data protection standards without the appropriate contractual safeguards.

phgames reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory updates, or operational changes to the Platform. Where changes are material, phgames will provide notice to registered Members via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The Effective Date at the top of this Policy reflects the date on which the current version came into force. Continued use of the phgames platform following notification of changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. If you have concerns about any proposed change to this Policy, you may contact the phgames DPO or request voluntary account closure before the revised Policy takes effect.
